Colin Powell Endorses Barack Obama
And – what an endorsement! I know many are angry with the General for lying us into Iraq, but I believe he did so out of loyalty and team play. Its what happens when you have military men on the watch. In the meantime – Colin Powell stood up against bigotry, and charlatanism , and along the way, endorsed Obama not just for his excellent qualities, but also for his transformational potential. Gen. Powell, like so many of us, is eager to turn the page on this chapter of American history.
